OVERVIEW 

Condovacationclub.com members are eligible to purchase multiple seven-day double occupancy vacation accommodation packages at over 4500 destinations worldwide. Original condovacationcard.com cards are issued on a lifetime basis with a 12-month usage period per activation. Condovacationcard.com card memberships are eligible to be re-activated annually and must be done within 30 days of the anniversary date of the latest activation. Condovacationclub.com cards are fully transferable prior to activating enrollment. If lost or stolen original issued condovacationclub.com cards can be replaced for 50% of the current sign up purchase price plus new activation fee. Destinations will always be Saturday arrival unless specially noted and are subject to availability. Destinations cannot be booked for consecutive seven-day periods. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL. If, for any reason you cannot travel on your confirmed reservations, all funds will be forfeited. We recommend that you research airfare prices before choosing to travel and never purchase non-refundable airline tickets until your accommodations are fully confirmed. It is your responsibility to provide a valid passport or visa, depending on which country you visit. 

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS 

The Terms may change without further notice to You, and it is Your responsibility to check the Terms each time You use this Web Site. Condovacationclub.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise change these Terms at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. By using this Web Site You have agreed to be bound by the Terms that are in effect at the time of Your use of this Web Site. 

ADDITIONAL TAXES AND FEES 

Condovacationclub.com cards are valid for accommodations only. It does not include food, beverages, certain taxes (including, but not limited to transient occupancy tax, energy surcharges, international taxes or fees), gratuities, transportation, service charges, resort deposits or incidental expenses. These items will be paid upon check-in or checkout at the host property. Available units with two or more bedrooms may be subject to a $50 per week, per unit additional fee.

You are solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, gratuities, personal expenses, utility charges, security deposits and other fees or charges levied by a resort and/or provider of accommodations for the use of amenities and facilities. 

ALL-INCLUSIVE FEES

We do not collect any fees or payments for properties offering ?Optional or Mandatory All-Inclusive Programs.? All travelers staying at All-Inclusive properties are solely responsible for all payments and fees to the host property. Please review each properties profile carefully before making a decision. We cannot collect or quote fees, please contact the resort directly if you want to know the cost. Your payment is for the accommodations only. 

HOLDS

You may place a hold on a particular accommodation(s) for a twenty-four (24) hour period without confirming such accommodation(s). If You do not confirm the particular accommodation(s) within such time period, the hold will be released and the accommodation(s) will be available for confirmation by others. 

OCCUPANCY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS

The total number of people occupying any accommodation(s) must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the particular accommodation(s) set forth in the Confirmation; otherwise, access may be refused or the applicable resort or provider of the accommodations may levy an additional charge. You and Your guests must occupy and use any accommodations in a responsible, careful and secure manner. You are responsible for any acts and omissions, which result in any damage, theft or loss, caused by You or Your guests while using the accommodations. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to confirm a vacation on this Web Site. In some instances, the minimum age to make a reservation may be higher where required by a resort or other provider of accommodations. 

CONFIRMATION 

Once you are confirmed the week is non-transferable and not allowed to be cancelled. A name change is considered a cancellation in our system. Once your reservation(s) have been confirmed your vacation offer will become non-refundable, making your purchase FINAL. A Confirmation may not be used for any commercial purpose, including rental or sale of the accommodation(s) which is/are represented by such Confirmation. The person whose name(s) appears on the Confirmation may only use a Confirmation. 

We reserve the right to cancel Your Confirmation if payment for any accommodation(s) is/are rejected by Your bank or credit card company. 

USER'S RESPONSIBILITIES 

You are solely responsible for Your Information. As used in these Terms, "Information" means any information or data that You submit to this Web Site and any Information or data that is generated by this Web Site as a result of Your use of this Web Site. 

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account information and any identification numbers or codes (collectively, " User ID's"), confirmation numbers, and/or passwords provided to You (as applicable) in the use of this Web Site. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account, User ID's, confirmation numbers, and/or passwords. In the event that You shall maintain such User ID's, confirmation numbers, and/or passwords in confidence and You agree not to distribute or disclose the same to third parties. It is Your responsibility to notify Us if We need to change or discontinue any of Your ID's, confirmation numbers, or passwords. It is also Your responsibility to immediately request discontinuation of an ID, confirmation number, or password upon Your knowledge or belief that such ID, confirmation number, and/or password is, or may be subject to, a breach of confidentiality. We may suspend or terminate Your service or access to this Web Site if We believe a breach of these Terms has occurred. 

You represent and warrant that You are of sufficient legal age and possess the legal authority to use this Web Site in accordance with the Terms herein and to create binding legal obligations for any liability You may incur as a result of the use of this Web Site. You understand and agree that You are financially responsible for all uses of this Web Site by You and those using Your login information. You also warrant that all information supplied by You and by those using Your login information is true, accurate, current, and complete. If You provide any Information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such Information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), We have the right to suspend or terminate Your access and activity, and refuse any and all current or future use of this Web Site.

Information about resorts and other accommodations available hereunder is based on information obtained from such resorts and/or providers of such accommodations. We expressly disclaim liability for inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information concerning any resort or provider of accommodations. 

Reservations confirmed hereunder (?Confirmations?) hereunder are valid only if issued by condovacationclub.com. Upon receipt, please check all the details in the Confirmation and notify Us immediately if anything is incorrect, as changes to any aspect of the Confirmation may be treated as a cancellation. 

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

We cannot guarantee that any particular destination or any particular requested week will be available. Fulfillment of requested weeks is subject to Executive Tour and Travel Services, Inc and affiliates ability to fulfill the reservation request at its contracted rate for the time and destination chosen. Executive Tour and Travel Services, Inc and affiliates cannot be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond our control, causing destinations to become unavailable. In the event that such circumstance occurs, Executive Tour and Travel Services, Inc will offer a substitute destination or offer of equal or greater value. 

Any complaints about the accommodations or services provided at a resort should be made, in writing, at the earliest opportunity to a person in authority at the resort and to Us.
