You must activate your certificate within 60 days of the issue date by submitting your contact information along with the $50 refundable activation deposit. Reservation requests made are made at the same time as, or after, activation. Make checks, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks payable to Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. Your deposit will be returned 30 days after your date of travel by contacting ETTSI via mail or fax; your deposit will not be refunded if you fail to appear for a confirmed reservation. (California residents will receive their deposit prior to travel.)After receiving your activation form, ETTSI will mail you a reservation package.

Search our database of over 4,500 resorts by visiting our website: www.condoexpressonline.com or by giving us a geographical location to search. Fill out your reservation form with your location and dates of travel and fax or mail your reservation form to ETTSI. Make sure your reservation request form is received at least 30 days prior to your date of travel. This will ensure that ETTSI has sufficient time to provide you with travel documents and for you to coordinate travel arrangements. ETTSI will send you written confirmation with a check-in voucher and instructions. Please do not depart for you vacation unless you have written confirmation from ETTSI.

When selecting dates of travel, please keep in mind that most resorts require a Saturday check-in, if a resort requires a different check-in day then your travel coordinator will advise you of that. Two and three bedroom units are available upon request at an additional charge; please ask your travel coordinator if this is available for your location. Holidays are subject to availability; please make sure to send in your request form early to ensure your dates of travel.

Travelers are responsible for charges in excess of this offer, such as resort taxes, peak season charges or upgrades. Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort such as government imposed occupancy tax, compulsory gratuity for daily maid service, energy surcharges and security deposits. If a resort does impose such charges, you will be advised by your travel coordinator prior to confirmation and payment will be due upon check-in. Airfare, transfers, taxes, food and incidentals are not included. This offer is subject to seasonal surcharges. Peak season weeks are based on activities and events available to each specific resort. Some resorts may have more than one peak season; as in the case of resorts that are in high demand in summer months and then again for winter months for ski season. All holidays are considered peak season.
It is the travelers? responsibility to ensure proper documentation. Anyone traveling to and from the Caribbean, Mexico or Canada must have passports, visas and family legal documents or they will not be allowed to enter or exit countries. No refunds will be issued. Documents must be presented at the time of travel.

U.S. Citizens: As of January 1, 2007, a valid passport will be required for all air/sea travel. You will not be allowed to travel without a valid passport.
Non U.S. Citizens: Valid passports and visas (when needed) including the original Alien Registration Card (ARC or Green card) and any required travel documentation providing alien status in the United States or with respect to any country on the itinerary.No refunds can be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed.

ETTSI does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any condominium or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said condominium/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. ETTSI assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. ETTSI will make every effort to accommodate your travel date, but reserves the right to offer alternate travel dates when necessary.

The certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors, distributors and employees. This vacation offer expires 12 months from the date of activation and travel must be completed before the expiration date. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer from ETTSI. Condominiums are subject to change and ETTSI?s availability. Airfare is not included but may be purchased through ETTSI.

You may cancel this contract (this certificate) without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning this certificate and sending notice to ETTSI, 301 Indigo Drive, Daytona Beach, Florida 32114. ETTSI is registered with the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. 22752; California Registration No. 2065118-40; Nevada Registration No. 2006-0132.

No purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract.
